What is your warranty policy?
• Five-year limited warranty on cart body and its part.
• One-year limited warranty on any bought-out (not fabricated or manufactured by BAILIDA) part or component (i.e. lock component, casters, drawer slides, plastic tops, electronic components, etc.). Should you need detailed information, please refer to our warranty policy.
If I lost the cart key, how can I have it replaced?
Yes. Please provide your original purchase detail and product serial numbers to us. You can contact us by emailing on on sales@bailida-medical.com or reach to your original sales representatives.
What should I do if I need to repair the medical cart?
